  • Alliance for Aging Research
    A national nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and accelerating the pace of medical discoveries to vastly improve the universal human experience of aging and health.
  • Alliance for Lupus Research
    The mission of the ALR is to support research into the cause, cure, treatment, and prevention of systemic lupus erythematosus and its complications.
  • Alpha-1 Foundation
    The Alpha-1 Foundation is dedicated to providing the leadership and resources that will result in increased research, improved health, worldwide detection, and a cure for Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (Alpha-1). Alpha-1 is a genetic disorder that can cause liver and lung disease in children and adults.
  • ALS Therapy Development Institute
    ALS TDF is a nonprofit biotechnology company discovering and developing treatments for patients affected by ALS.
  • Lance Armstrong Foundation
    Founded in 1997 by cancer survivor and champion cyclist, Lance Armstrong, the LAF provides the practical information and tools people living with cancer need to live strong. It serves its mission through education, advocacy, public health, and research programs.
  • C-Change
    C-Change is comprised of the nation's key cancer leaders from government, business, and nonprofit sectors, such as former President George Bush and Senator Dianne Feinstein. It is both a forum and a catalyst for identifying issues and major challenges facing the cancer community and for initiating collaborative actions to complement the efforts of individual C-Change members.
  • Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
    The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to assure the development of the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease. It supports and accredits 117 care centers nationwide, provides grants to scientists conducting CF research, funding its own network of CF research centers, and has created a nonprofit drug discovery and development affiliate.

  • Epilepsy Therapy Development Foundation
    The mission of the Epilepsy Therapy Development Foundation is to improve the lives of people with epilepsy by supporting the research and development on more effective therapies and by serving as a catalyst for moving new therapies from the lab to the patient.
  • Hereditary Disease Foundation
    Formed in 1968, HDF was responsible for spearheading the Venezuela Collaborative Huntington"s Disease Project, which led to the identification of a genetic marker for HD in 1983, and the HD Collaborative Research Group, which identified the gene for HD in 1993.

  • Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
    For more than 20 years, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation has been a global leader in the fight against breast cancer through its support of innovative research and community-based outreach programs. Working through a network of U.S. and international Affiliates and events like the Komen Race for the Cure®, the Komen Foundation is fighting to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by funding research grants and supporting education, screening, and treatment projects in communities around the world.
  • Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation
    The Foundation aims to eradicate breast cancer by identifying the most effective research paths, determining the barriers to research, and re-evaluating the breast cancer funding approaches and priorities.
  • Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation
    To date, the MMRF has raised more than $43 million to fund 51 laboratories worldwide. MMRF channels 94% of dollars raised into supporting the most cutting-edge myeloma research worldwide. This investment has already resulted in significant advances in the field of myeloma, including pivotal research that contributed to the recent approval of the first myeloma drug in more than a decade.
  • Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium
    MMRF created the MMRC, a nonprofit organization that integrates leading academic institutions with the goal of accelerating drug development in multiple myeloma. MMRC research efforts will be conducted in three critical areas of myeloma—genomics, target validation, and clinical trials — and will remain highly integrated through advanced infrastructures.
  • Myelin Repair Foundation
    The mission of the Myelin Repair Foundation is to develop rational drug targets to slow, stop, and ultimately repair damage to myelin caused by multiple sclerosis. It set a time horizon of five years to develop candidate treatments and fifteen years to bring these treatments to market.
  • Pacific Vascular Research Foundation
