Cecilia O. Arradaza

Cecilia O. Arradaza is FasterCures' communications director. She brings more than ten years of experience in health public relations, public affairs and strategic communications. She comes to FasterCures from the Washington office of Chandler Chicco Agency (CCA), a global health public relations firm, where she launched and executed a broad range of communications programs for clients including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Commission to Build a Healthier America, VHA Inc, and Ortho Biotech. She also helped lead the agency's business development efforts.

Before joining CCA, Cecilia implemented strategic communications and issues management initiatives for Hyde Park Communications, a specialty public affairs agency; managed media relations and public education efforts for the American Psychiatric Association; and was part of the health and international public affairs practices at Powell Tate, a public affairs firm. Cecilia began her health communications career on the frontlines, handling patient education for the National Osteoporosis Foundation and through an internship with the National Women's Health Network. She received her bachelor’s in health science from George Washington University at Mount Vernon College.
