In an effort to create a more effective medical research environment, FasterCures will:

• Identify and help implement new mechanisms for investment in the research and development of novel therapies through the Philanthropy Advisory Service initiative
• Participate in coalitions and partnerships to increase the resources and expertise available to the FDA and support its Critical Path initiative
• Examine the role of intellectual property in speeding medical research
