Research Tools & Resources

More resources must be readily available to the research community, including interconnected health records and research databases, comprehensive biorepositories, and experts to turn data into knowledge.

To support this need, FasterCures will:

• Maximize patient and physician understanding of and participation in medical research through our Patients Helping Doctors (PHD) Program
• Encourage collaboration amongst industry, government, scientific, and professional groups to develop data-sharing projects with research and development applications
• Contribute to the creation of an international network of standardized, research-enabled medical record databases and biospecimen repositories, such as through our Think Research and BioBank Central programs
